Healthy and unhealthy lifestyles

To start the day I go out for a bike ride every day or I also go for a run every morning
with my dog, this helps me gain more resistance and I exercise my body. I drink lots of
water during and after exercise to keep my body clean and free of toxins. It is also
important to eat healthy, which is why I eat lots of vegetables for lunch. A bad habit I
have is that I drink a lot of soda and also eat a lot of cookies, pizzas and hamburgers,
this will later cause problems in my state of health and at night I like to go for a walk I
think it is healthy to do it very often
