Validation regarding Ms. Janelle N. Rose, MA Counseling.

Ms. Rose is an Educator, Counselor and Advocate for Schools, Students,

Faculty and Administrators’, by relation, education and life mission. Her
belated father, Dr. Richard D. Rose, Ed.D, was my educational vanguard and
mentor all of my adult life. Dr. Rose, President Emeritus, Modesto
Community College, 2003 until the time of his untimely death in 2009, was
my mentor throughout my college and post graduate career.

I was exceedingly honored when Dr. Rose asked me to Mentor his first and
only child, Janelle Nicole Rose.

I am honored to have experienced Janelle’s education from Grade, Middle,

High School as well as Undergraduate at Sacramento State University and
upon her completion of her Master’s Degree in Counseling, with Emphasis in
Education from Phoenix University, December 2013. It is with great respect
and admiration that I share with you that Ms. Rose enrolled, excelled, and
completed her Master’s Degree Program with exemplary Honors in loving
memory of her late father, Dr. Richard D. Rose.

Ms. Rose has from childhood has been naturally and technically interested,
committed and dedicated to education the minds of not only her peers, but
future generations as a professional counseling educator from her
leaderships employment positions with Girl Scouts of America, for over nine
years and her current position as Adolescent Clinician for Juvenile Probation

An Educational Renaissance Woman, Ms. Janelle Rose, would serve as an

exceptional Counseling Educator with any of California’s Primary Educational
Intuitions who recognizes, appreciates and demands fortitude, dedication,
commitment, progressive thinking and acting as well as a person with
excellent diversity concern, skill, compassion and enlightenment.

Again, it is with great honor and pleasure to submit this Letter of
