CONFIRMATION AND BILLING INSTRUCTION

All booking are considered tentative until the present document is signed and endorsed with Company’s
stamp (if applicable). The hotel reserves the right to release the tentative booking without prior notice;
please send to sales1@novotelbalikpapan.com

GUARANTEED ROOM
- If the number of room is not reached, the total guaranteed room will be charged as the number of
confirmation letter mentioned.
- If the number of room increased than the guaranteed need to coordinate with sales in charge and
based on the room availability on the period stay.The Hotel is not responsible to provide the room is
we are in peak period.

CHANGES
- Any changes for guest name or release the room booking maximum 5 rooms has to be informed
within 2 days before the arrival. For less than that period will be charge asper the agreement.

 CANCELLATION
- Should be any cancellations for some circumstances situation, the hotel will charge the cancellation
fee after the confirmation or contract event is already signed as following details:
o 1 month before the event 50% from the total amount
o 2 weeks before the event 75% from the total amount
o 1 week or less before the event 100% of the total amount

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The HOTEL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function which may damage the hotel’s
reputation or may effects break nests and security.
- The hotel will not be responsible for any damage or loss property brought in the hotel.
- The client agrees not to put signs, displays, streamers or electrical connections without prior
permission from the hotel. Any damages arising consequences, the construction works, set ups and
dismantling works in any parts of the Hotel or its property will be borne by the clients.
- No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Hotel by the customer,
invitees or person attending the function.
- Check in time start from 14.00 wita and check out 12.00 wita
- No show penalty equivalent to a charge of 1 (one) night stay contracted rate
- Rates are inclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge
- Loading the goods for the event will inform soon
- Stale food will cut 30% from the price
- The Banners can only be fitted only in Banner Place and not in another place
- Menu for event based from our Chef
