[1]. THAT THE SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION IS MAINTAINABLE

It is humbly submitted before this Hon'ble Supreme Court of Aryavarta that, the Special Leave
Petition filed by the petitioner, (Vincent’s parents) is maintainable, as the matter involves a
substantial question of law of general public importance. If the Hon'ble Supreme Court does not
intervene, it will result in gross injustice and that, miscarriage of justice has already occurred, by
the erring judgment of the Magistrate court, by denying bail and also issuing a non bailable
warrant against Vincent for the charges under section 498A of APC, with complete disregard to
the facts and applicability in this instant case.
