“COVID-19” This epidemic is showing very terrible effects in India, many

people have come in its infection. The government has to resort to lockdown in
order to avoid this, in which business and transport has stopped all over India.

In such a serious situation, today we have to see that the labour and helpless
class is forced to go from their work place to their native land, they are not getting
their basic facilities because of this epidemic. During this period, the entire transport
and entire business is closed. In such a situation the violation of his human rights is
directly visible to us. But the solution of this epidemic is yet to be found. Covid-19
is an epidemic that is changing it self form day by day, which can take several
months to get vaccine, in such situation it is very important to give the weak helpless
people their rights. Till this epidemic gets no treatment for this Covid-19, we will
have to remain in lock-down, it will have to maintain social distances, but we cannot
force even the helpless people to leave their condition. Every human has the right to
be respected and common life, it is very important to give them legal help.

In this period, firstly Article 15 of the constitution, which sees every citizen
of the country as equal in all situation Today, we too have to help laborers in the
same manner without any discrimination. We have to provide clean environment and
free water and food to the needy, keeping in view Article 21, as well as taking care of
their health, we will have to follow article 38 keeping in mind the principles based on
Gandhian policies.

We have to face this odd situation keeping in mind the fundamental rights
received by every citizen of India by constitution.
