Oxygen generator:

Oxygen concentrate, also called an oxygen generator, is widely used in

medicine and healthcare to provide patients with oxygen. Oxygen
concentrators were created in the 1970s and have since been used in
various industries to obtain oxygen from the atmosphere.

Overall diagram:

Working:
Here oxygen concentrator is used to get oxygen from atmospheric air
using a pneumatic source. it uses pneumatic pressure along with zeolite
reservoir as a special high-pressure reservoir along with pressure
sensor, oxygen sensor and flow sensor to develop this system.
Initially, medium air compressors use bronze to circulate air through the
valves in the system. The valve allows air to pass through the zeolite
reactor. Here, pressurized air passes through the channels of zeolite, so
the atmosphere passes through the fourth N2 moment and oxygen and
other gases cannot move independently.
Then remove the lettuce valve on the vessel so that the hydrogen
peroxide is transferred to the second pressure vessel. The isolated N2 is
then pumped through another valve.
We can monitor leaks at the same time, as high oxygen levels can
promote burns. When a leak is detected, we can detect the ringer and
turn off the system automatically. Oxygen from the second vessel is then
systemically pumped to the patient or ventilated as needed. Sensors and
valves are configured to get the required result.
Oxygen content at current atmospheric pressure is displayed parallel to
the monitor screen. The entire system is controlled by a microcontroller
to ensure smooth operation.

Conclusion:
In this way, we have successfully developed an oxygen-targeted
generator to assist patients in the covid outbreak and other
emergencies.
