Old receiver to new Workspace Installation:

When user has older version of receiver installed, the user may face issue like application got strucked
or latency within the applications. So, the users are recommended to install the new Workspace and the
following are steps to do that.

Steps to be followed:

1.Log off from citrix.

2.Download the cleanup utility from chrome or any other browsers.

3. Run the receiver cleanup utility to remove the receiver related files from your machine.
4. Once it done, reboot the machine.

5.Download and Install the new version of receiver /Workspace on your machine from chrome or any
other browsers.

If any admin permissions pop-ups appear during installation of Workspace. Kindly reach out to your local
IT Team or SD for fix.

6.Once installation has been done, login to citrix and check the connections.
