SCHOOL CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

Due to COVID-19 pandemic pupils have to stay in their home and

adapt the new normal way of learning. Despite of the situation , school should maintain
its objective to provide students a child-friendly school . Because of this reason, our
school crafted the following policies that can protect children during modular distance
learning.

 Parents should create a quiet study area or a place away from distractions for
their children

 Ensure that all modules and activity sheets that will be given to pupils are free
from virus;

 Ensure that learning materials given to pupils are child-friendly

 Parents and guardian should ensure that their children are not roaming around
the streets during class hours

 Teachers and parents should listen to students’ concerns and answer their
question about their lessons

 Parents should encourage their children to ask questions and express their
feelings

 Teachers must practice safety protocols when conducting home visitation.

 Provide psychosocial support for learners.
