Islamiyat can be said as the study of islam. Islamiyat helps us to understand the importance of the major
beliefs of Islam, and of the early history of the Islamic community. As a result, we develop our
knowledge and understanding of the main elements of Islamic faith and history, evaluating the meaning
and importance of these elements in our lives. It includes the fundamental believes, history and
theology of Islam. By studying Islamiyat one can know about the complete Islamic lifestyle. So, as a
muslim it is necessary that we know the ins and out of our religion and thus we have to learn islamiyat.
