Sub: Parent Teachers Meeting

Dear Parents

The 2nd Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the Academic Year 2020-21 will be held on
Saturday the 31st of October 2020. We would highly appreciate if you could adhere to the time
slot given to you and cooperate with us. Kindly discuss only important matters and ofcourse, the
general progress of your child. Please follow the schedule given below to avoid inconvenience to
others.

Second Language and Graded Subject teachers will be available from the 1st of November to the
5th of November between 4pm to 6.30pm.

26- 29 11.00.a.m – 11.30.a.m
30-33 11.30.a.m – 12 noon
33 & above (if any) 12 noon – 12.30.p.m

P.S : If you are not available on the 31st October during your time slot, kindly inform your
child’s class teacher, she will schedule time for you during the week. It becomes inconvenient
for other parents if time slots are not followed.
