QUESTION:

How will you maintain having a healthy lifestyle and engaging exercises during this

pandemic which some areas are under community quarantine and not able to go to

the gym or having their usual exercises and activities regarding healthy lifestyle?

what are your alternative ways of doing such activities during the pandemic?

As we are facing this catastrophe, the global pandemic is affecting every sector

of our lifestyle and normal living. We have no option but to adapt in this current

situation however in these days maintain healthy lifestyle is a must. Having healthy

lifestyle is crucial because it is the only one precaution to do right now, to be healthy

so that we can have stronger immune system to prevent common cold or any

sickness today. We must try hard to maintain our body to its shape in order for us not

to catch this deadly virus that is lingering the air these days.

To share some piece of my life, I just want to say that I actually am a dancer. I

dance almost a half of my life right now because I find dancing for me is a stress

reliever moreover I feel so confident when I am dancing especially in the middle of

the stage with a bunch of people. I can say that dancing is definitely the love of my

life.The dance style I prefer is urban dance and dancehall especially reggaeton. As a

dancer, I really crave to dance, everytime I hear a music that has a good beat in it,

my body starts to move and formulate choreography. Now, there is no way I cannot

every single day.

Also, as a dancer I need to maintain my shape so that I can dance more


comfortably that is why dancing everyday with a hard routine or choreography is my

kind of exercise. Since I really cannot dance in front of the crowd these day so I just

dance in front of the mirror. I can do what I love happily and maintaining my health

especially on cardiovascular and some stretching. It is like hitting two birds in one

stone. Dancing is not just for the eyes of the people but for your health to. Whether

you are good at it or not, just dance and let your stress go. You can be happy and be

energetic as well as being healthy.
