Engagement Services

● Will share Construction Documents projects that are in The CompCodes pipeline

● Will present construction bids to their clients, and will broker the process of a
successful construction bid contract closure between The CompCopes’s Clients

● Will provide accurate construction bid information, and all required documents to

timeline.

Termination Agreement:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon not less than seven days' written notice
by email and phone call. This Construction Bid Referral Brokerage Commision Contract
Agreement can stay into effect as long as the association is beneficial for both parties.
Otherwise the agreement can be terminated at any time for any reason by either party.

The Contractor/Subcontractors:
Galvan Construction & Development LLC
(______________________________ (Company Name-Owner’s Name)) agrees to limit the
CompCodes-(Christian Cortes, Project Team, and Architect Karen Wilkins) liability on the
project such that the total liability of the CompCodes-( Christian Cortes, Project Team, and
Architect Karen Wilkins) is fully indemnified from the Construction Building Project and
Construction Bid Contract. The Contractor/Subcontractors agrees to indemnify, hold harmless
and defend the CompCodes-( Christian Cortes, Project Team, and Architect Karen Wilkins), and
all their directors, officers, trustees, beneficiaries, property managers, members, tenants,
invitees, employees, agents and representatives (“Indemnitee(s)”), from and against: All claims,
loss, demands, liabilities and/or expenses of any kind arising out of, or relating to the
performance of the Services set forth herein. All of the Client’s obligations in this section shall
survive the expiration or other termination of this Agreement; Claims, disputes or other matters
in question between the parties to this agreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement or
breach thereof shall be subject to and decided by mediation and if mediation is unacceptable,
then by arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the
American Arbitration Association currently in effect. Without limiting the forgoing, if mediation,
arbitration, or any legal action is instituted in connection with any controversy arising out of this
agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover their costs and reasonable attorney
fees. In addition, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable expenses
incurred and income lost because of having to assert or defend against claims arising out of this
agreement.
