Mental Health Matters: Effects of the New Normal Learning System to the Mental Health

Aspects of Selected SHS Student in Eastern Tayabas College, Inc.

Research Hypothesis

This hypothesis was only the prediction and expectation of the researchers from this
research study.

The consequences of the New Normal Learning System to the Mentality between the two
different grade level students, expecting that the higher grade level students will experience the
problems than the lower grade levels. Mostly all of the students will experience this in their mental
health aspect. The students will be facing the possible problems that will hinder them while studying

The possible problems that SHS Students encounter are stress, depression, anxiety and sleep
deprivation.

The solution to the problems are time management, meditation and progressive muscle
relaxation (PMR).
