The humble petition on behalf

of the above named accused /

petitioner is as follows:

1. That the instant case was filed in against the accused /

petitioner at Nawalshahi P.S.

2. That the accused / petitioner has been falsely

implicated in the above noted case and he has nothing to

do the commission of the offence as alleged.

3. That on the fateful day the accused / petitioner had

produced the relevant documents to the police as asked.

But the documents produced were the photocopies rather

than original.
4. That the accused / petitioner had requested to the

concerned police officials that he can produce the

original documents if given some time.

5. That the concerned police official had lodged a case in

against the accused / petitioner. Hence this petition.

6. That the accused / petitioner is voluntarily present

before this learned court and is ready to pay the

penalty / fine amount as per the order of this learned

court.

It is therefore humbly prayed

that this learned court may

kindly be pleased to allow

this petition.

AND

To pass any order which

this Hon’ble court may deem

fit and proper also be

passed in favour of the

accused / petitioner in the

interest of justice.
