Introduction to Trigonometry

1. If sin A = 3/4, Calculate Cos A and tan A.

2.  If 3 cot A = 4, check whether (1-tan2 A)/(1+tan2 A) = cos2 A – sin 2 A or not.

8. If 7sin²A + 3cos²A = 4, show that tan A =1/√3

9. (sin θ – 2sin3θ)/(2cos3θ-cos θ) = tan θ

10. tan θ/(1-cot θ) + cot θ/(1-tan θ) = 1 + sec θ cosec θ
