Game balancing changes

• Added more tankers for the advanced mode.
• Added more trains for basic and advanced modes.
• Added more specialists.
• Movement speed of the camera in the options menu has been reduced.
• Generic random world events has been heavily reduced during the first years of a session.
• The truck volumes has been changed. Small trucks load less now, huge trucks load a little
more. This also solves an issue with products (i.e. gas) being 0 at the refinery as due to
oversized truck volumes the entire production was often already hauled to the gas stations
immediately after production.
• The share value calculation has been rebalanced to better reflect the actual value of a
company.
• The share value is calculated more frequently to avoid bigger value drops.
• The minimum credit line for the first loan is now set to $500.000 overriding the default
value for loans based on market value of the company if the value is below $500.000.
• Tanker charter works now entirely based on a dept system. This will (within reason) allow
tankers to be chartered even if the company has no sufficient funds for the charter fee.
