Key discussion points
 The issue of how to explore opportunity on program
review in yearly or as midterm and final approach was
tabled for discussion, after some lengthy discussions
the committee agreed that in order to follow a
systematic approach and considering the ownership of
programs first the issue of program review should be
coordination meeting and seek their valuable feedback
later on the committee will decide on the next steps.
 The oversight committee meeting
discussed on proper sites, tentative date and
participants for the next oversight field visit, it
was decided by the meeting that the next oversight
field visit should be conducted to Herat
Province on September 16-19, 2018.

required technical and logistic preparations.
