    Operations of The Kraft Heinz Company

    Input: The raw materials that they need to manufacture products is dairy products, meat products,
    coffee beans, nuts, tomatoes, potatoes, soybean and vegetable oils, sugar and other sweeteners,
    corn products, wheat and other goods. They can purchase those products from domestic markets
    through third party.

    Process: For processing, they can divide their whole products into four sectors. These sections
    are: They will employ hr from Bangladesh and bring technology from USA. In each sector, they
    will provide two USA supervisors to monitor closely the production units. They can also monitor
    any changes in commodity costs so that they can seek to make less severe the effect through
    pricing and operational measures’.

    Output: After processing, they can send the final product to warehouse. From warehouse, they
    can send samples of product to retail store so that customercan easily bought from there and can
    store the rest inventory to warehouse.
