Warm welcome to all!

First of all, We would like to wish Happy CA Day. Thank each one of you for joining this Launching Program of HCAS.HCAS
stands for Hyderabad Chartered Accountants Society. We are extremely delighted to be the host for the evening and
address you all.

I bid a very warm welcome to all the renowned delegates who took out their valuable time and joined us today to be a part of
this program. We are honoured to have you all with us.

Before we get started, I would give my regards and appreciation to all the people who made this occasion a reality.

I’m extremely delighted to pronounce the chief guest for the day who is none other than Sri CA Deva Raja Reddy garu, past
president of ICAI. Welcome to the dias.

President Message

Warm Welcome to HCAS Inauguration

We are really glad to have Sri CA Deva Raja Reddy garu, past president of ICAI as Chief guest of this event and
XXXXXXXX as special Invitees.. After so many months I am really happy to see this much gathering for the launch event of
HCAS. Thank you very much all of you for your physical presence by taking time from your busy schedule during this
pandemic. I am proud to become CA and Happy CA day all of you.

I feel honoured and humbled on being elected as First President of the Hyderabad Chartered Accountants Society. I assure
you with a deep sense of commitment that with such an enthusiastic team of Office-Bearers and Managing Committee
members, I will do my best and the good work in the best interests of the society. I also convey my deep and sincere thanks
to all stakeholders for reposing their trust and faith in me and considering me fit to take up this prestigious and responsible
position.

To start with, the Idea behind formation of HCAS is our Managing Committee Team’s wish of building a platform for learning
and facilitating better environment for career growth and subject development of fellow professionals.

Learning should be based on doing things and not merely knowing things. Until and unless learning solutions relate to real
life and motivate the learner to acquire and apply the knowledge, the whole process will remain superficial. Our society has
set specific objectives and has planned activities for achieving excellence in all spheres of technical knowledge. Our vision is
based on hard work, open communication, a strong emphasis on team work coupled with a high level of responsibility. This
visionary culture allows and emphasises our members not only to adopt the present day challenges but also enriches
individual responsibility to the society and our nation at large.

Our aim is to take forward our Society in an ethical way with innovative concepts and ideas. We desire to be one of the
leading voluntary organisations of Chartered Accountants in India which enjoys a high level of credibility amongst members
within five years down the line.

We also aim to set the quality of our upcoming programmes and publications to set as a bench-mark for others, and our
journal is to probably be the best in the profession.

The environment around us is changing constantly and the needs, preferences and profiles of our members are also
changing at a rapid pace. New and emerging areas of practice are gaining importance. Technology is also changing the way
we approach our work. In such a situation, our Society will constantly innovate and adapt to cater to the changing needs and
aspirations of our members.

Before I sign off, I would like to thank you all once again for bestowing this honour on me, showing confidence in my
capabilities and considering me worthy of this position. I am looking forward to an eventful and exciting days ahead along
with all of you.
