This is to certify that Ms. Charlotte Justin has been hired for the Full time Social Media
Internship at Tears of the Earth for a minimum of 2 months starting from 24 th June 2021
(Thursday) to 24th August 2021 (Tuesday).

The general area in which the intern will be working is Moral and Innovative Environmental
Leadership which includes responsibilities and engagements in social media like Posting about
organization’s work, Researched Articles Reading, Expanding the organization’s social media,
Ensuring Consistency in Social Media Platform, Running Creative Contests on Social Media
Channels, etc. Other Details about the Internship will be provided by the respective
coordinators assigned over the WhatsApp from time to time.

Also, in the Last week the intern might have to interact with new interns to teach him/her the
things done or if the intern wants to continue the internship for another one month, then he/she
have to let us know within the last week.

Certificate of completion will be provided only after the completion of the internship,
recognized by both organizations.
