LETTER OF INTENT
We, ALG Holdings Pte Ltd, a corporation duly organized and existence under and by virtue
of the Singapore laws, hereby confirm our intention to purchase the following commodity and
in the quantity as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below:

1.Product: DI Ammonium Phosphate (DAP)

2.Total Quantity: 80,000 MT +/-10%
-1) 1st shipment : About 20,000 MT +/- 10%
-2) 2nd - 4th shipment : About 20,000 MT +/-10% per monthly
3.Specification: pls, refer to Annex#1 – DAP Specification
4.Offer price : Seller’s option
5.Delivery term : CIF Indonesia
6.Payment: Irrevocable, non-transferable MT700 DLC (Letter of Credit) at Sight
7.Origin: Seller’s option
8.Laycan: Seller’s option
9.Commission : it’s pay by seller’s account
10.P/B : 2.0%

Upon receipt of this LOI, kindly issue FCO with supply spec and seller’s profile
your transaction procedures and draft contract.
