PORTLAND CEMEMT

Portland cement (PC or OPC) meets the criteria according to Vietnamese

standards TCVN 2682-2009 and American standard ASTM C150 (type I), is a
finely ground product of Portland clinker and gypsum.

Portland clinker is the product of the process of sintering a mixture of

materials including clay, limestone, iron ore and sand at a temperature of
about 14500C in a kiln. Clinker is formed in the form of pellets about 5-25mm
in diameter. The gypsum content is limited to about 3-5%, which has the
effect of adjusting the setting time of cement.

- Easy to use and control the quality of concrete at the construction site,
especially for projects that use water-reducing admixtures when making
concrete. Water resistance, good wate rproofing ability
Application:
-PC or OPC cement is a common type of cement, used for most
constructions and construction items when there are no special
requirements. PC or OPC cement is used to produce concrete for
items of bridges, culverts, prestressed concrete, buildings, dams for
irrigation, hydropower, etc.
