Thresholds for Cards” contains information about the maximum thresholds for

payments. Both documents are available here.

The ING cards will be used for payments within the digital wallet type apps
accepted by ING through the token technology. A list is going to be published
on ing.ro when they will come in use (generic examples of digital wallets:
Google Pay, Apple Pay). If you want to use this functionality, you will have to
register the ING card in the digital wallet type app in order to get a token (a
unique series of digits that securely replaces your ING card data). That will
ensure more secure transactions and will prevent merchants from storing
your card number.

We will extend the processing threshold of foreign currency payments,

as follows:

• All the foreign currency payments you made to beneficiaries that have
accounts opened with other banks (both in Romania and abroad) during
business days, until 5 p.m., will be highlighted on your account statement
in the same day. Money will reach the beneficiary bank during the next
business day (for payments in EUR) or within 3 business days (for
payments in currencies other than EUR).

• Payments made during a business day after 5 p.m. or during non-

business days will be highlighted on your account statement and will be
executed by the bank on the next business day. Money will reach the
beneficiary bank within the maximum execution terms agreed upon in the
contract documentation.

In order to better manage your product portfolio, we have implemented a

maximum number of current accounts and debit cards that you can own
at ING:

• 3 current accounts in every foreign currency in which ING opens

accounts (the foreign currency list can be found on ing.ro, here).

• 3 main cards in every foreign currency in which ING issues cards (3

cards in RON and 3 cards in EUR (except for ING Pay).

• 2 additional cards in every foreign currency in which ING issues cards (2

cards in RON and 2 cards in EUR), regardless of the number of accounts
you have opened with ING.

Note that you can find more detailed information about the processing of your
personal data on our site within this section at any time. Additionally, if you
are part of a lending contract, by accessing this link, you can find information
about the processing activity carried out by ING and by the Credit Bureau.
