Subject : Request for early vaccination for Civilian Employee between age
group 18 to 44 years.

Respected Sir,
1. I have honor to request few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action
please.

2. Most of Civilian Employees are residing outside the Depot area i.e. Nashik, Devlali
Camp, Bhagur, Lahvit Village. They are coming on duty on daily from their home,
which is highly infected from Covid-19. They are causes to risky for other Civilian
Employee as well as Air Warrior who are residing in campus.

3. Sir, I will thankful to you for successfully completion of first vaccination dose for
Officers, Airmens and Civilian Employees above 45 age group, which will be help to
them for increasing their immunity and defeating against Covid-19.

4. Further I request you that to vaccinate the remaining Employees i.e. between the
18 to 44 years age group at the earliest as the 3rd phase of Covid-19 will coming very
soon.

5. Sir, I will also thank to you to declared one week lock down for the Employees
welfare whenever the Covid cases were increase. Further I hope that the
administration will be co-operating whenever crucial situation were arise.

6. Your co-operation in this regard is highly appreciated.
