Since two days, we don’t have Cash Count Certificate after several request of the above

mentioned document for control purpose.The RISK of sending the cash count late or not is
too HIGH which can lead to ERROS/MISTAKES or even THEFT not being IDENTIFIED on
time for corrective measures to be taken for the betterment of the branch/bank. So the BOS
should explain WHY she always taking this risk.

We therefore recommend that the cash count should either be scanned and send at the end of
everday(evening) or very early before 8:30am .
