RE: THE DEATH OF PHILIP SCHNEIDER, 1/17/1996

Dear Mr- Iman;

I have freely talked with individuals all wet the United States
since Philip died. He probably reached over 5 million people
through his lectures at shows, radio, and T.V. There is a legacy
of videos and tapes, which document his work over the last two
years,

I first mot Philip through the Oregon Agate and Mineral Society
Ln Portland,. Oregon. T was married to my first husband, Leo
F, Simon, a charter member of the society. I have a B.S. in
Geology from Portland State University/ and specialize in
vertebrate fossils. Philip had a love of agates, and probably
had the best collection in the Northwest. After my husband
died in 1986, Philip and I got to know each other, were married
in 1 987, and our daughter, Marie, was born. It was a difficult
marriage for both of us, which was complicated by a failed self*
employed business selling rocks, minerals, and antiques, Philip’s
£■ reconstructive surgery on scars on his chest, his lower back
operation, and my gall-bladder surgery {all within a 1 year

I have enclosed a Letter that I wrote to the detectives and
a medical examiners in Clackamas Co., Oregon. Philip resided
r Ln Wilsonville, in an apartment. His body was discovered
1/17/1996, but he had been deceased for about 1 week. The
failure to pick up mail dated 1/9 and expired milk in his
refrigerator, sets his death on 1/10 or 1/11. His wallet with
money, his assets, his gold coins, his mineral collection and
agates were all untouched. To the unsearching eyes one would
say that there was nothing missing, but there was.

When the detectives found his body, they made an initial

i) diagnosis of a stroke. I think the only reason the tube around
his neck was found was because I caused the funeral director .pdP ut..
in Portland to question the coroner *s initial diagnosis. I
asked to see the body, stating "I Just want to make sure thai:-K,zJ ■
there is not a gunshot wound to his head" and explained the
work that Philip had been doing. The funeral director advised
against me viewing the body because of the high state of i
decomposition (7 days, in a above average temperature bedroom J -
However, he must have had his own doubts, and couldn't believe -j-
what he found. He was very upset with the Clackamas County
coroner's office, feeling that his funeral home had been
compromised* He was very helprul to me later on, and tried to
make up for all the errors that occurred. 1'ro very glad that
you wrote to their tacility, and that they have forwarded your
letter to ne.

Philip used the internet and world Wide Net. At one time he
a,
w!
'* dumped" all his documents into it, hut according to his brother,
k
George Schneider, all the information was erased, probably by
'the government for under-geverment, as 1 term it). I am happy
to hear that information about Philip and his work is making
its way back into the internet. It was no coincidence that
the government wanted to ’’cennor" the Internet for "porn" right
after Philip dumped all his info into the system. rt was also
no coincidence that the video on the Roswell alien autopsy came
out 3 months after Philip started talking about Dul.ce New Mexico
Fire Fights, JFO's, and DUMB facilities. I think hejdve courage
to hundreds of people who^ had stories to fell, and information

I remember when Philip told be about how an employee of
Gunderson*s in Portland, Oregon, gave him a photo of special ^2-j
freight cars in a special yard. Philip went out and personally 2-^
saw them. They had J3G pairs of human shackles in each car,
and there were thousands of them. He estimated that 5 mil Lion
people could ba placed in them, and there were enough
4
concentration camps throughout the U.S. to house all of them.
Eight after the Oklahoma borabing, the U.S. Senate heLd a special
forum for militia groups, who felt they were unfairly being
J blamed for the bcnbLng. Ten minutes into the forum, one of
the militia men held up a photo of a Gunderson freight car with

Wikh the help of the Lord, I brought bin brick to lifu alter
hi5 spirit had Iteft his body 3 tines within a 2 week periud.
After his reconstructive surgery he developed a l^iya henutoma,
which ruptured from his neck. He literally bled to death,.
Luckily fly mother and I were able to lay hands on him and the
power of the Lord brought hint tack to Ufa, Thus there was
a Large bond between Philip and If despite oyr differences.
Philip also had tumors removed from his legs shortly after my
first husbands death, and a year before we were married. He
had Brittle Bnne Syndrome [osteoporosis} and cancer Ln his artn9.
He had hundreds of shrapnel wounds, a plate in his head with
a metal fragment in his brain, fingers missing from his left
hand, anti part of a right lung. There was a scar that ran down
from the top of his throat to below his beLly button, and another
scar that ran from just under his ribs, side to side. He also
had a “split-penis'* from tip to back. 1 could see two scars
in his forehead where he obviously had a “halo11 brace screwed
into his head. His pain was so great most days that he often
used a combination of pain killers and several TENS units at
once. His teeth were flat from grinding them due to the pain.
He was a big hulk of a man, 6r4” tail, 230 lbs, he at times
had superhuman strength, especially when he was angry. He had
so much energy that he literally blew out light bulbs when he
turned them on. A whole room could radiate from his energy.
One time he moved sane old washer’s from our back yard that weight
500 lbs each because they were full of dirt. I also saw him
kick a heavy metal wheelberrow over an 8 foot hedge.

From what I have just described above it is not unbelievable

that Philip could have taken his own Life, that he could have
committed suicide, but he did not. It was not Ln his nature,
or his religion, or his spirituality, or in his destiny. He
loved the battle for life.__ He liked to cheat death. He refused
to die with amazing feats of ’’Hind Over Matter". So, it is
hard for me to believe that he is actually dead. He was so
aware of the dangers, and had avoided several attempts on his
life. 1 fait he vas protected by the Lord because of his
destiny. It was not complete, his life was cut short by another.

Philip was a coaiplex person. he had brain damage after a he rob

was dropped on him while working as a civilian structural
engineer for Homaon-Kiukisen in Vietnam, de had a rhyolite
clearance. He was learning disabled, brilliant in some areas,
yet unable to fill out a form in the Doctors office. Able to
create time travel tormuLas, but unable to budget money (he
had to file bankruptcy one year), I now beLieve that he had
been ^deprogrammed" so that he could not remember most of his
rrpast” life.' $ut~ something began to happen shorLly after we
first met. Perhaps because of the seizures, or because he
changed his medication, or because he now had another persor
to talk to that was Interested in what he had to say, he began
to remember the "old" days. Being the scientific, Logical minded
person I am, I listened intently to his "stories1* with a grain
of salt, waiting for additional Information to verify them.
1 can still remember the night he began to talk in soiiie fOLCigri
Language (sounded like Chinese, and another night in what sounded
Like french. Philip told me life knew 11 languages before the
brain damage. Alter the space shuttle/ Challenger! explodedr
I visited Philip in his apartment. He had a large chalk board
with complicated formulas which proved that the space shuttle
had been shot out <jI the air by a ’‘cosmoaphexe" . When we went
agate hunting at his favorite gravel pit, he could actually
''hear" the agates, when Lt got dark, he could stiJl find the
big ones by their sounds. Lt seemed that no matLex where we
went, he could find something really unusual ox rare, like a
meteorite specimen on the Richardson Ranch in eastern Oregon.
He investigated the crop circle that appeared near Portland
on the Sunset Hwy, and joined the Local Bigfoot Society. Like
the "rain man" we could drive down a road, and several hours
later he cculd tell mfe how many cans and bottles were in the
gutters of the street. PhiLip had great gifts and powers, which .
he tried to use for "Good” and for the Loxd., eet/ /J1 t'

There is one item that should be known, and that was, when v\_ Philip '5
was under crisis or pressure, he would tell people that Ac had
been arrested, or that people from the sherxiff's office or Ar*
’ ’ was the way he expressed
qovetciiiituiL had been at his door. This *
his crisis. Unfortunately, sometimes it was true. Like "Peter
and the Wolf", his friends became numb to his reports. ' r

Philip often talked about the “Philadelphia Experiment'*, and frfz 4?*f/ a
even paired up with Al Beilck of Atlanta, Georgia, who also z,;
talks about this project. For 6 years Philip would give me
information about the experiments, and we obtained the movie,
r When Philip’s father, Captain Oscar Schneider (Navy Medical
Corp.} died in 1993, Philip discovered original Letters in his
basement. They were unbelievable evidence that the Philadelphia
or> ..Experiment actually existed, and that Oscar Schneider had bcori
a participant in it after the crew members had been quarantined
C* in a psychiatric ward in a Virginia hospital. He autopsied
. jf'the bodies of the crewmembers as they died, and found alien
? f A?l>' implants in their arms, legs, behind their eyes, and deep inside
their brains. He had a "Cosmic** clearance, the highest possible,
so he would have known all the most modern medical and naval
equipment and experiments. Oscar was confused by these implants,
so they obviously were not military. They had to have been
alien in nature, and the small "transistor" like item was
discovered before transistors had been invented. They had a
strange writing on them, which looks Enochian. Here was evidence
that cither by accident, or on purpose, aliens were involved
.u J with the Philadelphia Experiment, and were probably responsible - S
3 ^a^ure. Oscar was also involved with "Operation vM
f Crossroads" in which an atonic bomb was dropped on Bikini Island. ' V<S
y As ships were stationed nearby and plane/observed above,. L.
a bomb was dropped into the lagoon. What was captured In "w
a photographs, also found In his basement, were the "escape" of
a great number of UFO’s trom the sea. Again, either by accident, /
or on purpose, the U.S. hud dropped-ar atomic bomb on an undersea '
alien base. I saw the original letters, with the yellowing
envelopes, fountain pen ink, and old stamps. They are authentic.
Philip nade copies of the originals and destroyed the originals
for fear of charges from the government. The photos he enlarged
and laminated, and showed them at all his lectures. He also
had ,ralien1’ metals. The photos and metals were among the items
missing from his apartment.

Philip’s fascination with agates went farther than just because

of their beauty. He also experimented with vibrating quartz
crystals. It was during one of these experiments that he made
the crystal liLerally disappeai. It did not vaporize, or
explode, or molt, but it disappeared into what Philip believed *- J1*? r
V‘ was another dimension. He also was an alchemist, and made

was greatly inspired, and developed a time travel formula using* 4J -
the theories of Tesla Imy personal lavdrite) and Einstein. These,
are just a few of the items that made Philip so unique as an ‘•"V
individual. He often times used me as a sounding board for
his theories because T could bring new insight to them. We
would have long conversations lasting hours into the early
X' '
morning. I'm going to miss that the most.

About his jobs, I have found proof that he did indeed work for
•Jj ^^tf-Morrison-Knudsen, on at least two projects, and for the U.S.
/7. .*ncir’ Navy. He worked under two social security numbers, and it was
c.4" Ji i s the incorrect number in uThich these jobs are listed. He also
;•* j m, <»■ r.s worked for his friend, Roy Waller, who had been murdered before
1 ever met Philip. In fact. It was the "murder by suicide of
his lonq time friend, Ron Rummel1, which started Philip on the
lecture tour in 1993. I met Ron before I married Philip. He
was very anti-Nazi, and the topic uf that day was healing
crystals, UFC's, the space shuttle explosion, and the forming
of the 4th Reich. Ron was found in Forest-PttWc
shot in the mouth, a gun in his hand. The dete
( placed the cause of death as suicide. Upon clo
of the evidence by Philip, it was discovered that the gun had
no blood on it. It would be really hard to shctiTyourself in
the mouth, and not get any bleed on the gun. There are now-
3 men in a Texas jail because Philip pursued justice for his
friend. Perhaps that is why I am writing back to you. I want
justice for Philip. .

Philip and I have an 8 year old daughter, Marie. In the last

two years of his life he was totally devoted to her. Money
he earned in lecturing he turned over to her for her educational
fund. He was ojso a surrogate father Ld my sen, Michael, mid
was Ms godlather. He was t.rusxe tox his delivery, bought him
his first walking shoes, and fiis first bike. Thus his full
name is Michael Philip Jesse, He had us over to his apartment
on Christmas, 12/25/1995, and we had a wonderful Lime together.
It would be our last. He was excited about the work he was
doing, but he also showed ne his will, which had been newly
redesigned. I was Inter to talk with hLs lawyer after Philip's
death, and was informed that it was because of his advice that
Philip did this (not because he was planning his death as the
detectives insinuated]. Three days before we had gone out
together to purchase Christmas presents for Marie and my then
I year old son Michael, He bought her a ^Barbie” car, big enough
to hold her and her brother for a battery operated ride. Hrs
also had her over tor 3 days during the holiday season. Half
a month later, he was dead. My daughter is a sensitive child*
She understands death better than I do. A few months before
her father died she said "Mommy,_I know whaL it is like ^to die,
11_'s_like being born t>ackwaids," Because~PT>flip""was decomposed
we could not have an upon easiest or viewing of the body- Marie
helped people who attended his memorial services and explained
the items on the memory table. The day after Good Friday we
placed Philip's ashes into his niche. Marie w^s allowed to
carry the box from the office to the niche, which was quite
a distance of hallways and elevator rides. An she put it J’I

replica of the "Pci to" by Michael Angelo (a depiction of the
crucified Jesus being laid into the arms of the Virgin Mary)
with Philip*$ box clutched tightly in her hand*, T heard only
one prayer from <ny young daughter's mouth,. "Please ford, give
my daddy JUSTICE11.

l '<x.r cz; About 2 months after Philip's death I saw a show called
"Prophecies TTi".. They did a segment on time travel, starting
t

with n,G. Wells. All of a sudden* there was Al Bieleck, the

4-

gentleman who talked with Philip and who came all the way from
Atlanta, Georgia, to see Philip's apartment after his death.
.|i •'< He was talking about the Philadelphia Experiment and how It
created another dimension in time* They also talked about Mr.

Jessup, an sail/ researcher into the Philadelphia Experiment,
who was 1'uJnd dead in his car in Florida, after committing
suicide. Another ’’murder by Suicide". On the program, some
photos were shown that cane from Oscar Schneider's basement,
and in fact my father-in-law was on T.V. that right. I was
pretty surprised. I fear For Al's life, and for any other person

Philip was taken to Japan. He believed that the earthquake

In Kobay (sp) was man made because it had no pulse, wave. Tesla
created a small vibrating motor which he attached to a beam
in his rooming house. It literally created an earthquake in
o nearby police stations. So such an instrument to create larger
and devastating earthquakes is probably possible. He also had
information on a computer chip that was jointly created by U.S.
and Japanese scientists. The U.S. used an underhanded measure
to erase information from a computer system, so that Japan was
denied any moneys from this invention. PhiLip had been given
* original documentation that would prove that Japan was entitled

(laving worked for Morrison-Knudsen as a ballistics expert, he
knew that the Dklahonia bombing was more than what was being
stared rn the newspaper. The shape of the building after the
blast was the best evidence that it was not a fertilizer bomb
that brought the building down, but military explosives, found
in only one base, Do you recall that they identified John Doe
2 as a man from a nearby military base, but excluded him as
being involved in the bombing? Well that Is the same military
base where the explosives are kept. Two bombs were set up i n
elevator shafts, but only one exploded. Remember when there +
was a bomb scare, and rcscnmrs were told to leave? it is just
another government cover up. The Viorld Trade Center bombing t

was a nuclear device, not a fertilizer bomb. Can you imagine- •riub/’ l*1'
the panic it would have created? I' It was bad enough that a bomlx’ p e

Philip was caught off guard by someone he knew or was expecting.

He had a sixth sense that kept him out of trouble. In September,
1995, he came to my home for a visit. There was blood leaking
through his T-shirt al his shoulder. He stated that he had
been shat by some cta agents, who ambushed him and a friend.
He stated that they killed one of the agents in order to defend
themselves, and that he had been shot in the shoulder. Later
I was to find out that on 1/17/96, Philip was to talk in front
of a grand jury. There was a class-action suit against the

that there was indeed a grand jury meeting that day and there

’! f to take less of it so that he could stop, fie could never be
gone from Portland for more than a week sb that he could get

allowed an individual into his apartment iron the government

another drug for the Beta shot, one that would knock him out.
