impact of the product beyond its profitability.

To get started with the project, you would basically need 20 people which would include the following:

✓ Industrial designer: design comfortable and avant-garde underwear models

✓ 6 seamstresses: make garments with the material that is delivered, using sewing machines and
utensils of different types, according to the manufacturing processes

✓ 2 multifunctional operators: give support in the production area in whatever is necessary or


what the immediate boss requests
✓ Community Manager: manage and develop the online community of a brand or company

✓ 3 commercial advisors: 1 store and 2 catalog. Perform prospecting for clients, prepare routes
and visits of active and potential clients. Generate follow-up and closing of sales.

Staffing policy-will you hire or outsource.

To start our production process, 100% organic cotton fabric will be imported from Peru, the import
will be made to the Bergan Rivera company, which has an international certificated GOTS (Global
Organic Textil Standard). Cotton cultivation is carried out 100% by hand, reducing social impacts and
guaranteeing the quality and purity of the cotton.

People with a high knowledge of underwear will be hired for the elaboration of various designs, to then
be labeled and go through a rigorous quality control process. The production of the recycled
cardboard packaging will be subcontracted.

for women it is not just another garment, it has to do with comfort, appearance and above all that when
wearing them it does not cause irritation or disease, which is very common in women of childbearing age.
The ongoing project is defined as the production and commercialization in the city of Quito, Pichincha
province, of women's underwear based on organic cotton, aiming to satisfy the needs of women to take
care of their health, but at the same time continue to look attractive. and desirable.

Panties made from organic cotton are characterized by the care on the skin where the intimate parts of
the woman are present, so they help prevent possible allergies due to the PH of each person, it also helps
the effective perspiration so that reduces the appearance of vaginal odor by 80%, since being a product
that does not contain chemicals, it is very healthy for those who use this type of product in their day-to-
day life.

Our consumers will be the people who present at least once conventional problems due to health
problems for the use of conventional fabrics that are used in the manufacture of panties, almost 70% in

Proposed Pricing

After doing the research, the determined price of the product in the market is influenced by some
variables. Clients or Customers have low bargaining power when they buy in limited quantities and
