SWORN-AFFIDAVIT
OF
HAHAHAHAHAH

I, PORTER KING, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with postal address at YO
MAMA, under oath, hereby depose and state:

1. I was employed sometime in 2010 at MALCOLM Trading

Center. A company owned and operated by Mr. Olofres Lionel D.M. ANN
with principal office address at YO MAMA.

2. During the period of my employment, I was designated as a

stay-in laborer/worker as my house was far from the workplace. I am a
resident of YO GRANDMA. Being a stay-in laborer/worker, I also do
errands for Mr. ANN.

3. My nickname is “PORT”, and only my employer knows my

real name. I do not have any information on whether Mr. Porgy M. Ann
knows my real name or if we have even met face to face;

4. One day, Mr. Porgy hit Mr. Olofres, because the latter said
that YO MAMA so big, it blocked out the sun.

5. I do not have anything against HAHAHAHA, and neither was

I instructed, directed nor coerced by Mr. Olofres or anybody to execute
this Affidavit. I am merely stating what really happened based on my
personal recollection of what had happened.

6. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing matters and to support the Counter-Affidavit of Mr. Olofres for
the dismissal of the Complaint filed against him by Mr. Porgy for Slight
Physical Injuries and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
