Expression Pedal 1) Loosen the two screws on each side. 2) Remove sciew indicated by (2) in the diagram. 3) Turn the expression pedal to the side and pull out slightly 4) Remove connector and pull expression pedal out completely. 5) Push CdS in the direction of the arrow and re- move. 6) Push circuit board in the direction of arrow and 5. CP (Control Panel) 5-1. CPA, CPB or CPC Circuit Board 1) Remove all TVR knobs from the control panel. Insert the instrument underneath the knobs as shown in the figure and push down slowly to re ‘move the knobs. 2). Lift the control panel 3) Remove scrows securing the CPA (CPB or CPA) circuit board, 4) Draw out the circuit board slowly, (Remark) We can easily open the circuit board with pliers by straightening the stopper which is securing the cireuit board, DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE 12 52. TVR 1) Follow step 5. 2) Desolder the TVR. 3) Remove TVR’s lugs with ~ screwdrivers as shown in the figure. Then remove the TVR. Installation Precautions: 1) Make sure the TVR’s pins are straight before in: serting the TVR into the circuit board. 2) Solder pins. 3} Install the TVR. 4) Install circuit board, and then secure with screws. 5) Attach all connectors, knobs, ete. SS do ve (installation) 6, PNI~ PNG 6+. Circuit Boards 1) Remove all knobs from the panel, 2) Lift UK or LK, 3) Remove screws securing the circuit board, 4) Draw out the circuit board slowly. DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE 13, TT 5:2, Removing the ABC and Rhythm Selectors 1) Remove PN3 circuit board. 2). Desolder the switch pins. 3} Remove screws on the switch. 4) Remove the switch, 14 visassemst y PROCEDURE 6. Power Unit 6-1. Removing the power source unit (Make sure to turn power switch off before attempting to remove) 1) Remove the screws securing the power supply unit. 2) Remove the power source unit by lifting Up in the direction of arrow shown in figure. 6:2. Removing the power source circuit board. 1) Remove bolts and nuts securing the Main IC and transistor the heat sink. 2) Remove connector. 3) Remove the circuit board from the power unit by disengaging 4 hooks on the circuit board supporter (boss) with pliers. | 16.
