SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE TO THE KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY (KP)

ONLINE TRAININGS

DATE: July 24, 2020

Attached is the Memorandum Circular No. 2020-106 dated July 23, 2020 from
Usec Martin B. Diño, Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs, regarding the above-mentioned subject.
In view of this, you are hereby directed to require the KP Focal Persons and
C/MLGOOs in your respective field offices to register and attend the online trainings. As
much as practicable, they should have the same online training schedule/s with their
respective barangay officials.

Likewise, please direct all C/MLGOOs in your respective AORs to inform their
respective Local Chief Executives and Local PNP on the abovementioned activities. They
shall also ensure the confirmation of attendance of the concerned barangay officials (with
their full name, position/designation, barangay, copy of their identification card, and contact
details) and send the same to info.oadr@gmail.com copy furnished this level through email:
med.dilgr3@gmail.com not later than July 30, 2020.
