NOTES:

1. It is essential to abide with this teaching plan as it is impossible to have time for catch up.

2. As students will sit for same exam and tests, it is essential that they have similar information. For that
we should use the same referral books (1.Moore’ Clinically Oriented Anatomy, 2. Snell’s Clinical
Neuroanatomy, 3. Alberstene et al: Anatomy basis of neurologic diagnosis).

3. Those teaching at Gako Military Academy should be in touch with Maj. Gapira ahead before the
teaching day.

4. Every lecturer must evaluate the learning outcomes of the taught topic by assessing students. It may
be a short test after teaching, TBL=Team Based Learning (individual and group readiness assurances
tests), assignment, online test using moodle… and send generated marks to the module leader (Prof.
Gashegu) for consolidation.

5. For practicals, students at HUYE will have it continuously, while GAKO students will have a block of 2
weeks for practicals

6. The theoretical teaching will mostly online except at GAKO where face to face is possible.

7. The OSPE will be organized just after the practical sessions at Huye Campus, and we need the
involvement of the whole teaching team.
