Further, all the above 13 GIS agencies are informed that the Competent Authority has decided to raise the amount of Bank Guarantee to INR 2 Lakhs for a period of 18 months. Accordingly, all 13 Gis agencies are hereby directed to submit the said Bank Guarantee as per new format (as per Annexure). There will be a monthly performance review for all empanelled GIS agencies and accordingly these agencies are requested to carry out physical surveys and uploading of correct survey data in the PM-UDAY portal without any delays. | Authorization of these GIS agencies is subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions mentioned in the scope of work and may be cancelled in case of non-compliance/default This issue with the approval of Hon’ble Vice Chairman, DDA.
