With the rapid development of information and communication

technology, more and more businesses are transitioning to a
modern approach to management. They take full advantage of
technology to complete different tasks. These tasks include
enhancing customer service and transferring information that
helps with the decision-making process of the organization.
Area of Investigation
Rapidoo, a food delivery service, is one of the modern
businesses that utilize the available application resources to
market their service and connect with their clients. This paper
will analyze the exploitation of applications to create an
interconnected network that is necessary to the success of
Rapidoo.
 2020 has been a challenge for many establishments, especially
microenterprises; Data shows that 71.2% were temporarily
closed, and 1.3% were permanently closed. While critical in
safeguarding public health against the spread of COVID-19, the
