 In one or two paragraphs, write what your ideal business would be like.
Our business is a gym that offers various training services, physical care and appearance,
physical and mental health care. With a coach and nutritionist specialized in the area of health
and appearance.
We have a pleasant and decorated space, to give the best service, with the most advanced
technologies in training equipment.

 Describe the kind of business you would like to have (services or products offered, reason
why you think it is a good idea, how it relates to your interests or skills, etc.).
Services offered:
 Group classes
 Personalized training
 Accessories that can be used during training
 The latest technology
 Relaxation area and spa
 Doctors and nutritionists
 Promotions for bringing customers

 Mention the strategies you would use to make your business successful.
Some of the strategies that we would use would be: Promotions for clients, advertising
through social networks, distributing flyers, making raffles for nutritional products or training
accessories among clients.

 Mention the possible problems your business might face and their possible
solutions.
Some problems that could arise would be that the training equipment is stolen, but a possible
solution would be to put security cameras.
Another problem that could arise would be competition and the solution would be to provide
better service and attention, with a specialized trainer who knows how to use each gym
equipment.
