1. There are lots of media's role in advertising

Spreading Awareness Through Advertising

Advertisements alert people about new products and services in the market that could potentially fulfill their needs
or solve their problems. A typical advertisement will tell you what the service or product is, where it can be bought,
for how much, by whom, and why it should be bought. This is possible through the power of the media to reach
millions of people at the same time.

Popularizing a Brand

Think of all the popular brands you know, such as Coca-Cola or McDonald’s. These brands are where they are today
because they utilized the phenomenon of advertising well. Through constant republishing and replay to large groups
of people, the media popularizes the brand. Many people see it multiple times, and it sticks in their heads.
Eventually, when they see it out there, they will recognize it and are more likely to buy it.

Increasing Customer Demand

The target audience of advertisements is typically large, whether you’re advertising in social media, print media,
radio, or television. A well-crafted advertisement will convince the public that they should buy the product or
subscribe to the service being advertised. As a result, whatever is already in the market becomes exhausted or
oversubscribed, leading to an increase in demand for the product or service.

Increased Company Profits

This one works for the same reasons as the previous one on demand. Advertisements are usually displayed to large
groups of people at the same time. This means that, even with a low conversion rate, many people will end up
buying your products eventually. If you execute your advertisement well, you will get a good conversion rate and
great sales. Increased sales, of course, mean increased profits.

2.There are Poster, Television, Poster and Radio. I want to use TV as my media to my business plan. I want to make a
hand sanitizer gel product and promote my offline store. I choose TV because because lots of people have TV in their
house now, and I think people can see my advertisement. I choose in a certain channel which is the most watched by
all people in my country through the data and also I choose this media because I can explain my product clearly and
also I can put lots of description there, also people can see my real product looks like. If there's any customer
interested in my product, they can buy my product through the call center in the TV or vosit my offline store.

3. The headline is the most important part of your ad because it either succeeds or fails in attracting your prospect’s
attention. And without your prospect’s attention, you have nothing.

The purpose of advertising is to inform the consumers about their product and convince customers that a company's
services or products are the best, enhance the image of the company, point out and create a need for products or
services, demonstrate new uses for established products, announce new products and programs, reinforce the
salespeople's individual messages, draw customers to the business, and to hold existing customers.

4. Radio advertising offers you the opportunity to deliver a simple yet powerful message to a targeted group of
consumers that may be interested in your product or service. You can write and produce the ad yourself with
minimal effort and then identify the stations that best serve your market.

5. Poster :

POSTERS ARE RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE

What are the things needed to make a poster? Basically, you would need a graphic artist or designer, a copywriter,
and a printing company. There are many websites that offer free templates for posters; you can use numerous
programs to create your own design as long as you follow the preferred file format of the printing company you
chose.

POSTERS PROMOTE ACTIVE RESPONSE

A strategically placed poster will be seen by people who are already up and about. People who see a poster while
standing at a bus stop or on their way to the bank or supermarket will likely pay attention especially if the poster has
a cleverly designed call to action.

POSTERS ARE HIGHLY VISIBLE

Because posters are rather inexpensive to make, it is possible to hang multiple posters in one location. How many
times have you seen a street wall lined with rows and rows of the same poster? Seeing the poster repeated multiple
times creates a stronger visual impact on your potential customers.

POSTERS CAN BE HUNG IN STRATEGIC LOCATIONS

Being mindful of local laws, posters can be hung in various places. Some of the best locations to hang posters are
along busy streets, subway stations, and bus stops. These places receive a lot of foot traffic, and a good rule of
thumb for displaying posters is to hang them in places frequented by many people.
POSTERS REACH YOUR TARGET MARKET

Anybody who sees your poster becomes a potential customer, but much in the same way that a banner works, even
if you reach someone who is not interested, you are not wasting any resources; the visual impact of your posters
continues to work on other passersby.

Brochure :

1. Brochures Are Easy to Distribute

You can strategically place brochures in a wide variety of locations. This allows your company to relay positive and
accurate information to more people and attract new customers. It’s easy to place brochures in promotional
giveaways you send through the mail or on tables in your office.

2. Brochures Are Cost Effective

Compared with some online marketing options, brochures are a low-cost marketing plan. Plus, most professional
print shops will work with you to design and produce sleek brochures that fit your budget. Brochures also decrease
in price if you buy in bulk. Many companies who use mail advertising or participate in trade shows buy brochures in
bulk.

3. Brochures Build Trust

Once you have the eyes of your potential clients reading your brochure, you can build trust. Most companies include
their objectives and goals in their brochure. This information helps clients see the caring and devoted side of your
company. When clients can read about how you care, they trust your company more.

4. Brochures Hold Lots of Information

Brochures allow company owners to compact a lot of information in a small area. Even a trifold design includes flaps
sections for you to describe your services and products.

5. Brochures Personalize Your Business

Professional speakers often target one person in a large audience. This approach helps the speaker communicate on
a personal level, which is usually more effective than speaking to a general audience. Similarly, your brochure can
use the same technique.

6. Brochures Establish Your Business’s Authority

Printed sales literature sends the message to clients of an established business. While business cards or letterheads
offer credibility, a brochure shows you are willing to invest in your clients. People expect printed merchandise from a
serious business.

6. Benefit Tv than other media :

Reach Larger Audiences

Among the advantages of TV advertising is the opportunity to reach mass audiences with a single ad spot. Watching
TV is the nation’s most common leisure activity.

Ability to Target Your Audience

Other advantages of advertising on television are the ability to target specific audiences and expand reach by
encouraging further engagement on social media. Advertisers can target their audience by purchasing ad spots
during shows their intended demographic is likely to be watching.

Television Gathers a Captive Audience

A captive audience and no additional competition are other advantages of TV ads. Even if only for a few seconds, a
TV ad puts only your product is in the spotlight. This contrasts with newspapers, telephone directories or other print
media where ads may be relatively small and placed directly alongside competitor ads

Cost Delivers Trustworthiness

Although TV advertisements are more costly to produce than other ads and commercial air time can be expensive,
promotional material on television is the most influential because consumers trust it above other mediums. It has
the advantage of sophistication ahead of any other medium because it combines both visual and auditory
stimulation.
