As we can see that mostly people tends towards growing their own business. Some people have

different ideas for their startups. Entrepreneurs are frequently thought of as national assets to be

cultivated, motivated, and remunerated to the greatest possible extent. Great entrepreneurs have

the ability to change the way we live and work. If successful, their innovations may improve

standards of living, and in addition to creating wealth with entrepreneurial ventures, they also

create jobs and contribute to a growing economy. Entrepreneurship is thus important for a

number of reasons, from promoting social change to driving innovation. Entrepreneurial

development today has become very significant; in view of its being a key to economic

development. The objectives of industrial development, regional growth, and employment

generation depend upon entrepreneurial development.

Entrepreneurs are, thus, the seeds of industrial development and the fruits of industrial

development are greater employment opportunities to unemployed youth, increase in per capita

income, higher standard of living and increased individual saving, revenue to the government in

the form of income tax, sales tax, export duties, import duties, and balanced regional

development.

Education Slide

Through my experience of the interview of the Dexter, I come to know that education is necessary for

the entrepreneur. Mostly people said that only startups ideas and the creative skills are needed to be

entrepreneur. Actually, I have also thought same before interviewing the Dexter, but people are far

away from the reality. Education is a basic need for everything. Dexter was a distributor of leaflets, but

if he knows to design the leaflet, he will be a designer instead of a sub-contractor. He agrees that

education is necessary for an entrepreneur to earn more money. He said that many people are working

above me and they are designer, printer and distributor of the leaflet. So if he has skills than he can earn
more money. His experience shows that education is necessary for the entrepreneur to develop its

business. Entrepreneurship training and development enhances individual functional knowledge and

skills at all levels, thereby expanding personal and spiritual perspectives. Education and business

development provides a wide range of opportunities or structures for the development of human

resource behaviors and technical skills. Education considers this process to be one of the most

important elements of entrepreneurial development. In today's increasingly complex society, progress

cannot be made without the necessary education. The more developed the economy the higher need

for education and training, and cultural influence on decision to start business is getting more important.

The development of entrepreneur skills under the current situation, the education system of each

society should be developed in terms of quality and quantity. Policy formulation and planning in

business education will drive the development of human capital. Because this is one of the most

important areas, it is the most decisive factor in social development or under development.

It is important to raise the knowledge and skills of all entrepreneurs in the form of education, but most

entrepreneurs do so systematically. They solve the problem and spend time researching possible

solutions. Therefore, they are partly detectives and partly inventors. Both require a lot of knowledge,

but this knowledge usually focuses on very specific areas of interest. Technological education is

necessary for the entrepreneur to enhance their skills

Attitude slide

Mostly we can see in our society that people don’t have good attitude towards entrepreneurship. We

have mostly think that there is too much risks in the entrepreneurship. We have many perceptions if this

idea become fails or we are not experienced in this field. How many of us have good startup plans in our

minds but we are afraid because we think that our future is not secured with it. Mostly we think that if

we take start with our ideas what people will think about it. Sometimes our families do not support
because they think our idea is junky and waste. As we can take example of the Dexter, he said that

different people have different people towards leaflet distributor. Some people called it junky, waste

and rubbish. But some people understand it, through his experience it’s obvious that every person have

different perception towards the entrepreneurship. There are many people who want to start, but

something is stopping them. It is a society. Society is not alone, but it is a process of collective thinking

for all the people around you. When you say you want to be an entrepreneur and want to do your own

business, everyone around you will probably see you as if you were a vital failure. If you have a good

performance in your business, everyone will be surprised to know that you are thinking about a business

career. If you are an entrepreneur who benefits little from your startup, you can understand what

happens to startups in a family reunion. Everyone wants to know when your company starts making

money. They do not judge you as if you were free from any type of employment and do not give you any

advice when you join the company.

Entrepreneurship is not in everyone's mind. Generally includes personal opinions. According to scholars

who talk about entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship comes from the supply and demand aspects of

entrepreneurship. The supply side in entrepreneurship must be the will and perception of the

entrepreneur. Perception plays an important role in entrepreneurship. Human behavior and beliefs are

more entrepreneurial if they prefer to participate in business activities or if they consider themselves

involved in business activities. We should support our ideas and don not think what people will talk
