This song is connected with the Canterville ghost because it

refers to the entire Canterville family, a modern family without
fear of the paranormal, the song by itself would not refer to the
story but what that means for the family since This is a
modern American family and this is the easiest way to
symbolize the family, because even to their children they
allude to the flag with its nickname of star and stripes and
their names are Washington and Virginia, so what other better
thing to symbolize them.

2. Suspense music

In the initial part of the story I would also put suspense music
because the Otis family will not be afraid of the ghost but if the
unknown remains at the beginning of How those are going to
react when they see the ghost as well as how they see the
spooky house at the beginning along with the blood stain that
never disappears and how the ghost of Sir Simon Canterville
doesn't even give them a scare.

3. sadness music

in the part of the story in which the Otis family attacks the
ghost of Canterville I chose sad music due to the situation of
the ghost and the situation of the daughter Virginia who felt
sadness for the ghost that her family was going to attack and
leave him wrong, for that reason music of sadness because
the ghost is the one who suffers in this story, because they
persecute him and he does not scare the Otis family.

the horror music if it goes around the whole story because the
Otis family rarely scare but on one occasion the same
Canterville ghost is scared by an Otis family trap that was a
false ghost that's why I chose horror music for some parts of
the story more than everything in the middle of it or when the
ghost itself is scared.

5. laughter music
laughter music would go around this text because many parts
of the Otis family and more specifically their children "stars
and stripes" make jokes to the ghost and are always prepared
for when they are struggling to scare that is seen at the
beginning of the text and almost in half of this they set traps
for the ghost.

This tragedy music is almost at the end of the story The

Canterville Ghost due to Virginia making a friendship with the
same ghost Sir Simon and he disappears for a few days in
which they look for Virginia and give her up for dead at this
time It is when tragedy music goes since nothing was known
about Virginia.

this ideal music at the end of the story when Virginia helps the
ghost to free itself and they no longer see him again after this
they are left with a trunk full of jewels and with the house free
of ghosts that lately no longer scared them, and Virginia helps
him and so he is finally released from his ghost form after
years in the Canterville house.
