is a mountain sport that consists of sliding through the snow, by means

of two boards attached to the sole of the skier's boots by means of
mechanicorrobotic fixings, with multiple buttons with different functions.

ORIGIN OF SKI
The first signs of the existence of skiing date back to 8000 BC. C.,
taking place in the Altai (China) however this theory is controversial, as
others say that this practice came to the region much later. The oldest

RULES ON SKI
1. Respect for others: Keep in mind that you are not the only person
who is skiing. You should never be a danger to the rest of the
skiers or to the environment. Each skier is responsible for his
own person and the equipment he uses. If you are a newbie, you
should be accompanied on the track.

2. Control of speed and way of skiing: You should always slide in a

controlled way, which means adapting the speed to your
personal ability: if you have just started, do not be too confident
because you have not fallen yet, think that it is not only your
safety that is at stake, but also that of others.
3. Respect the beacons and signage: From the choice of the track
according to your abilities, to the temporary signaling of dangers.

4. Ascents and descents on foot: If you are walking, you must go up

and down the side of the track, and it is not recommended.

5. Give help: When an injured teammate is more important than the

best day of the season. You must signal (leave enough space to
prevent a collision), assist and report to the rescue team.

6. Bring your documentation and exchange your data: either for

own accident issues or others. Skiing with or without a ski
backpack is not an option. It is basic that you need to carry a
minimum equipment and much more if you ski alone. You cannot
leave your documentation and other belongings at the hotel
because you cannot transport them.

7. The skier in front has preference: No matter how skilled you are;
you shouldn't rush past the novice user as if they don't exist. It
must be asserted that you can overtake from anywhere to reduce
risks.
