Nationalism in Unity of Diversity

Hello ladies and gentlemen! My name is Ni Luh Arisda Satya Cahya

Dewi and I am representative of SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura. This time, I
would like to talk about Wonderful Indonesia : Nationalism in Unity of
Diversity.
Ladies and gentlemen, we all know that Indonesia is immensely
beautiful with its uniqueness, it has so many natural and cultural wealth.
Indonesia is home to hundreds of ethnic groups speaking many different
languages. Not only that, Indonesia’s geographical conditions and tourism
places are essentially needed as its component for Indonesia as a wonderful
Indonesia as we all know. Wonderful Indonesia is a massive sentence that
showing Indonesia’s gorgeousness that is vibrantly gleaming in Southeast
Asia as the result of its richness.
For example, Indonesia has Bali that well known as paradise island
with Balinese people in it as a major ethnic in Bali with lots of traditions and
its captivating attractions like Tari Kecak as one of Balinese dances.
Another example is Raja Ampat in Papua with its luxury view of nature
including its marine tourism and also the uniqueness of Asmat ethnic as one
of the ethnicities in Papua.
The examples that I just informed you all are only a little bit of
thousands wonderfulness of Indonesia. But in 2019 Indonesia existences has
been questioned, why? This is a crucial problem that Indonesia has to handle
meticulously as a developing country.
We as Indonesian citizens need to have awareness about our country
with its progress. As we see, nowadays, more and more Indonesians are
prefer to go to the other countries instead of exploring the richness of
Indonesia. More and more people proudly following other countries' cultures
and life styles. It seems like we especially as young generations lack of
nationalism of Indonesia.
Thing that we can do to help is being proud to be Indonesian. We
don’t have to be ashamed to be a part of Indonesian. Instead of just learn
about foreign skills, we can also learn traditional cultures more and also try
to make an innovation to bring back the majesty of Indonesia.
Eager to be one of the change makers for Indonesia’s bright future is
all that we need as the young generations. Strong nationalism in unity of
diversity is a truly wonderful Indonesia.
