OFFICE ORDER

It has come to the notice of the University that many students are enquiring about the
revised fee structure, mess charges and mechanism of payment to the University as and when
the scholarship amounts are credited in their mother accounts under “Jagananna Vidya
Deevena and Vasathi Deevena schemes”.

It is informed to all concerned that the scholarship amount that is credited in the
students’ mother account is on the basis of fee that is fixed by the University and the actual
mess charges. Hence, all the students and parents are required to pay the amount which is
credited through both “Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Vasathi Deevena schemes” to the
University within 10 days from the date of credit of the amount to the mother account. The
University is asking them to pay only the amount that is credited under both the schemes.

Students who are not eligible for either “Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Vasathi
Deevena schemes” are required to pay the tuition fee fixed by the University per year and the
actual mess bills for every quarter to the University.

Note: If any student/parent is not paying the money that is credited to the mother account to
the University, appropriate notice shall be issued following the guidelines of AP State
Government/Social Welfare Departments.
