The Enormous Crocodile

 River in Africa – The Enormous Crocodile talked to the Notsobig One

 River-bank Crawled out of the water onto the river-bank where he met Humpy-
Rumpy who was standing in the slimy oozy mud on the river-bank.

 Inside the jungle – Met Trunky who was nibbling leaves from the top of a tall tree.

 A bit further on – Met Muggle -Wump the monkey who was sitting in a tree, eating
nuts.

 A bit further on – Met the Roly-Poly Bird who was building a nest in an orange tree.

 Out of the other side of the jungle and into the sunshine. He started to creep
forward towards the town.

 He crept over to a place where there were a lot of coconut trees.

 Clever Trick Number One- Made himself look like a small coconut tree.

 Mary and Toto came along looking for coconuts.

 Humpy-rumpy came crashing and snorting out of the jungle. His head was down low
and he was galloping at terrific speed and warns Toto and Mary. Charged straight at
EC and sent him tumbling and skidding over the ground.

 EC picked himself up and crept towards the children’s playground.

 Clever Trick Number Two - found a large piece of wood and placed it in the middle of
the playground. Then he lay across the wood so that he looked exactly like a see-
saw.

 Children ran on to the playground when school was over.
