APPLICATION FOR A VISA FOR A LONG STAY (VISA D) AS A STUDENT

 2 visa application forms (to be completed online: https://visaonweb.diplomatie.be)

 3 recent passport size photographs (white or light grey background)

 National passport valid for at least one more year (1*)

 Valid residence permit for the Netherlands (1*)

 Certificate of good conduct (verklaring omtrent gedrag) – only for students from the age
of 18 and older. (1*)

 Medical certificate (1*)

 Proof of enrolment or an unconditional letter of admission as a full time student with a

university or institute of higher education. (1*)

 Proof of your current studies in the Netherlands, previous studies and a (copy) of your
diplomas. (1*)

 Proof of funding. This can be a financial guarantee (tenlasteneming) or a scholarship. If

you are offered a paid position as a researcher, a contract stating the terms and
conditions of employment is required. (1*)

 Proof of payment of the contribution covering the administrative costs. You can find
