The foregoing amount represents the FULL PAYMENT OF THE TRUE, ACTUAL

with Property Identification No. 153-03-006-35-013, with Cad. Lot No.
2101-part and Lot no. 013, with an area of seven hundred fifty six (756)
square meters, situated in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City. Bounded on the
North by Lot No. 2100 (011); East by the road to Sudtungan; South by
Lot NO. 2102 (028); and West by Lot No. 2101-p (012); as specified in
TD 006-06176.”

Which sale is covered by corresponding and appropriate Deed of Absolute Sale duly
executed on date hereof.
