Paula Pareto: A Prodigious Athlete

Athletes are idols in Argentina, especially soccer players. However, there are genuine and

admirable sportspeople who practice other disciplines. Paula Pareto is an exceptional judoka and

became famous worldwide due to her accomplishments in the Olympic Games. People look up to

her because she is enthusiast, generous and professional.

First, what sets Paula apart from others is her enthusiasm. She practiced judo since she was

9 years old. Although most kids were boys, she had never felt inhibited. Apart from that, in the last

few years her participation on the future Olympic Games was in danger. Despite that, she went

through a long treatment, trained hard and she finally won a golden medal.

Second, Pareto is popular because of her generosity. She started collaborating in a charity

foundation named Saint-Gobain, which aims to build hospitals, food banks and schools. Also, she

decided to continue a project that was carried out by the athlete Braian Toledo, who passed away.

She decided to take care of his food bank and provide foods and resources.

Finally, Paula Pareto is very special for her professionalism. She is a sportsperson but she

is also a professional in her academic field. After years of studying very hard, she graduated as a

doctor. From that moment on, she started to work in San Isidro health center, Buenos Aires. Even

during the pandemic, she is currently working and giving the best of her.

In conclusion, Paula Pareto is a popular and praiseworthy sportsperson in Argentina. Her

attitude leads her to become a champion, help people and excel at her profession. Soccer players
are loved by this country and they are considered gods on earth. However, sportspeople score goals

in the field and also accomplish goals in life and Paula Pareto is an example of that.
