quality early learning experiences irrespective of whether the class is under a tree or in a state-of-
the-art preschool. Flintoclass@HOME - A comprehensive preschool program that delivers
structured early learning to the homes of children in India and the US.

As the Brand & Performance Marketing Manager, you will need to monitor marketing trends,
ensure brand visibility and performance across paid social media, news, television, radio, OOH
and other channels, and design and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to increase
brand awareness & performance of the product to relevant audiences -- keeping in mind the
vision and mission of the company.

Experience: 5+ years
Education: Post Graduation in marketing / MBA Marketing from a premier business school

Responsibilities
 Gain consumer insights, research on the TG, stay updated with trends
 Drive brand and performance KPIs along with ROI analysis
 Manage end-to-end campaigns across different digital/physical channels and mediums
 Drive effective product positioning in the market
 Create new avenues for Sales Integration
 Oversee implementation of initiatives to generate additional sources of revenue
 Maximise on long-term alliances and partnerships
 Strong management of budget for promotional and performance initiatives
 Enhancing Brand Equity & Brand Recall
 Constant innovation in terms of media & marketing strategies
 Planning and executing communication across all channels within and outside the brand
 Analyze consumer engagement data to determine ROI for each initiative.
 Conduct analyses of marketing tactics to determine effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements
 Strong business acumen, with an ability to convert data into insights that result in
actionable plans
 Creative and comes up with innovative out-of-the-box ideas
 Excellent people management skills and collaborates effectively with the team
 Good at verbal/written communication
 Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth, environment
 Sense of ownership, and strong leadership qualities to motivate members of the team
