In-plant training in Titan Company Limited, Hosur (December2019)

 The training involved visiting various shops of the factory and

learning about the process of manufacturing watch cases. The
training helped in knowing about the forming process, machining
process and surface finishing process in detail required for a watch
case.
 Studied the various machining process such as milling, turning,
drilling using CNC lathes for different types of watch cases.
 Studied the assembly line of watch cases and the forming process by
which the cases of watch are made.
 Studied about the different surface finishing process like grinding,
lapping, and turning using diamond tool cutter.
