Oraon convicted by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi,
in Criminal Appeal (DB) No.-250 of 2001 in connection with
ST No.283 of 1993 (1 st Additional Sessions Judge, Gumla)
Sir,
It is stated that the aforesaid convictshas filed Special Leave Petition
before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India titled “PATRAS ORAON AND
ANR VS. THE STATE OF JHARKHAND” against the Impugned common
Judgment and final order dated 16.07.2019, passed by the Hon’ble High
Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in Criminal Appeal (DB) No.250 of 2001,for
which duly attested custody certificate for both the convicts serving
sentences in Birsa Munda Central Jail is required in court on an urgent
basis.
Therefore, it’s a kind request to send the duly attested custody
certificates of the aforesaid convicts on the mentioned mailing address
on urgent basis, at the earliest.
