2. A shopkeeper displayed goods at a certain price in his shops. Mr. X approached the counter to purchase the goods. The shopkeeper refused to sell it to him. Mr. X approached the court. Will his claim be allowed? State with reasons 3. Mr. A offers to sell his watch to Mr. B for Rs. 6000. Mr. B rejects the offer and says he can only pay Rs. 5000 to which Mr. A did not agree. Thereupon Mr. B agrees to pay Rs. 6000 for the watch as was initially offered by Mr. A. However Mr. A does not agree to it.
