Dear Sir,
Under the instructions from my client Mohammad Farhan s/o Late Kaleem Ullah r/o
90/113 Noorullah Road , Prayagraj I am to write to you as under :-

1. That my client foresaid is owner landlord of House No. 90/113 Noorullah Road Prayagraj
and you are a tenant in a shop of the said house measuring about 8*10 ft. facing Noorullah
Road at the rate of Rs.3000 per month and your tenancy commences from the 1 st day of each
English calendar month and expires on the last day of the same month and you are habitual
defaulter in payment of rent and you have not paid rent from 01/07/2020 to this date inspite
of repeated demands and requests of my client and my client does not want to keep you
tenant.
You therefore take notice that you pay the entire rent alongwith Rs.1200 as the cost of
this notice of the said shop within a month from the receipt of this notice. You further take notice
that your tenancy is hereby terminated under Section 106 of T.P. Act. You are required to deliver
the vacant possession of the said shop to my client just after the expiry of thirty days from the
receipt of this notice. Failing which my client shall file a case against you in a competent court of
law and in that case you shall be held responsible for all consequences thereof.
