Estudio de caso “La importancia de aprender un idioma”

1. What communication problem did you find between the two parties?
- There was a bad communication between the two parties, because they did not
know English, so they associated the words that they said in English as Spanish
words
2. Was the information given by the speakers correct? Justify your answer.
- No, it was very incorrect, because they associated the sound of English words,
such as those spoken in Spanish, generating bad information to the public
3. List other similar situations that you know of where this
trouble.
- Many times when we travel to a foreign country, and we want to buy something or
ask about it, we do not know how to understand what they tell us or make them
understand what we say and the same happens, when a foreigner asks us
questions, we are lost
4. What do you conclude from this situation?
- From this situation we can conclude that it is very important to learn new
languages, especially English, since it is the universal language and this will open
many doors for us in different areas of life
